Caring for your hardwood floor is easier than ever! Just follow these guidelines:

Vacuum or dust mop once a week or more if necessary. Only
use a vacuum with a wand attachment or with or felt heads! Other vacuums may dent
your floors.

When cleaning, we recommend using Bona Kemi Swedish
Hardwood Cleaner. You can purchase it through our partner,
Online Floor Store.
If you run out, you can use a mixture of 4 parts water and 1 part vinegar.
DO NOT USE ammonia-based cleaners, acrylic finishes, wax-based
products, detergents, bleach, polishes, oil soap, or abrasive cleaning soaps.

Wipe up spills immediately!

Wipe up dirt immediately!

Do not slide furniture over the floors. Use felt floor protectors to help prevent scratching.

Protect floors from direct sunlight.

Use area rugs for high traffic areas whenever possible. Do not use rugs that will
trap moisture.
